We're excited to continue our investment in enhancing The Highlands, with a focus on improving course conditions, playability, and the overall golf experience.
Our planned improvements include turf enhancements, irrigation upgrades, tee box renovations, bunker restoration, cart path repairs/replacements, and other course enhancements designed to elevate the experience for golfers of all skill levels.

Work on our new irrigation pond has begun near the 16th hole. Looking forward to this new water feature and easier water management!
Replacing the turf and re-stretching simulator screens.
Several hundred members, residents, and players responded to our survey within just over a week. The top improvements recommended for the course were course conditions, turf, and irrigation; cart paths; and pace of play and course experience.
People love the core of what the Highlands is; they don't love the upkeep. The practice facility stands out as a genuine strength, with several respondents calling it the best in the area, and staff are seen as a major asset.
Beyond the course, respondents asked for more tournaments, events, and gatherings, along with clearer, more regular updates as improvement plans move forward.
These projects are part of our broader vision to build on the rich history and character of The Highlands while creating an even better golf destination for years to come.
